A member of the Washington State Bar Association and the bars of various U.S. federal courts. Greg received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 1977. Additionally, he is on the List of Counsel approved for practice before the International Criminal Court. Boos holds Adjunct Professor status with Western Washington University and acts as an external advisor to its Border Policy Research Institute.

Thirty-five years ago, Greg founded Doing Business in the USA (DBUSA), periodic conferences that provide practical guidance for Canadians desiring to expand to the United States. Greg is a member of a team of lawyers who represent the Plaintiff in Boule v. Egbert (9th Cir. 2020). This groundbreaking case holds Border Patrol Agents personally liable for violations of the constitutional rights of others.
